Do you live in a more rural area, or maybe you prefer to just do things Virtually? If so, we can help you through virtual therapy, or telehealth. Therapeutic Supports & Case Management
Are you feeling hopeless, isolated and not your usual self? Do these thoughts often enter your mind? If you have had any variation of these thoughts, please contact us for services. We offer therapy and case management services to the expectant mothers enrolled in the residential program.
The case manager will provide intensive services to expectant mothers in the program by establishing and cultivating relationships with community partners that aid with employment, housing, and other independent living services.
Therapeutic services (offered individually and within a group setting) will assist the client with processing their feelings and understanding the challenges that can result from pregnancy and parenthood.
We also offer outpatient services to children under the age of 10 and their parent(s).

Doula/Midwife/OBGYN Services
For new moms, the idea of childbirth can be upsetting and frightening. We partner with several local obstetric/gynecological offices that are committed to offering you more choices in your birth experience while keeping health care at the highest possible level.
In addition to obstetric/gynecological supports, client will be offered additional options, such as midwifery/doula supports to ensure a safe and healthy maternal-infant health through advocacy, educational programming, and other supportive needs.

Milk Depot
Zora’s Cradle provides a public milk depot. A Milk Depot is a conveniently located collection site for approved human milk donors. Area donors that have been approved by The Milk Bank can drop off their excess breastmilk at the Depot. These donations are collected and sent to The Milk Bank where they will be bottled, pasteurized and tested for sterility by an independent lab before being dispensed to an ordering hospital or to an outpatient with a physician’s prescription.
